Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The client has 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw from the service, in accordance with European consumer regulations.

2. Costs already incurred

Costs that Halbeisen Solutions has already incurred or committed to start the project may be deducted from the refundable amount. For example:

• Domain purchase.
• Hosting and licenses contracted for the project.
• External services and third-party tools.
• Hours of work already carried out (discovery, design, development).

The remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Monthly maintenance

The first maintenance month is mandatory. From the second month onward, the subscription can be cancelled at any time from the client area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billed cycle and partial refunds are not prorated.

4. Yearly maintenance

Yearly billing includes a commitment discount. Outside the withdrawal period, yearly payments are not partially refundable. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the term.

5. Delivered services

Payments for work already delivered and accepted are not refundable.
