Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the contracting and delivery of the professional services offered by Halbeisen Solutions: design, development, optimization and maintenance of digital assets (websites, online stores, automations and related services).

2. Project ownership

The client owns:

  • Their brand and trade name.
  • Their domain.
  • Their texts, images and content.
  • Their company information.
  • The contracted website as the final delivered product.

The internal framework, components, systems, proprietary templates, automations, technical structure, integrations and development methodology used by Halbeisen Solutions are part of our professional infrastructure and are not transferred to the client.

3. Source code and development environment

The client hires a professional web development service. The contract does not include:

  • Access to the internal repository.
  • Access to the full source code.
  • Access to private Halbeisen Solutions systems.
  • Access to internal development tools.
  • Access to proprietary automations.

The client uses the final delivered website as a service.

4. Maintenance

The first maintenance month is mandatory. From the second month onward, the client may cancel at any time from the client area, effective at the end of the current billed cycle.

5. Cancelling maintenance

If the client cancels maintenance, the website will remain operational. We will not remove:

  • The website.
  • The domain.
  • The content.
  • The client information.

But the following will no longer be included:

  • Technical support.
  • Bug fixes.
  • Updates.
  • Improvements.
  • SEO optimization.
  • New features.
  • Priority attention.

6. Changes after cancellation

Once maintenance is cancelled, Halbeisen Solutions is not obliged to make modifications, changes or extensions to the project. Any new intervention may require a new contract.

7. Client area

The client may continue to access:

  • Invoices.
  • History.
  • Project information.
  • Delivered files.
  • Tools enabled by Halbeisen Solutions.

Access to the development environment is not included.

8. Change requests

Change requests made by the client are subject to:

  • Technical feasibility.
  • Compatibility with the infrastructure.
  • Security.
  • Team availability.

Halbeisen Solutions may reject requests that compromise the stability, security or viability of the project. Such rejection does not constitute breach of contract.

9. Domains

Domains purchased for the project will be registered in the client's name whenever technically possible. Renewals are the responsibility of the domain holder.

10. Limitation of liability

Halbeisen Solutions does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings in Google or other search engines.
  • Exact increases in sales.
  • Specific financial outcomes.

The contracted service consists of the professional development, optimization and maintenance of digital assets, not a guarantee of a specific commercial result.

11. Acceptance

Before completing any purchase, the user must expressly accept these terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy and the processing of the data required to deliver the service. Without this acceptance the purchase cannot be completed.
